Ascof for kids syrup Adult 10 mL (2 tsp) tid-qid. Children 15 mg/kg/dose tid, >13 year (40 kg) 2 tsp, 6-12 year (20-40 kg) 1 1/2-2 tsp tid, 4-6 year (15.5-20 kg) 1 tsp tid, 2-4 year (10-15.5 kg) 1/2-1 tsp tid.

May be taken with or without food.
