Adult 2-4 mg (5-10 mL). Max: 32 mg (80 mL). Children >12 year 2-4 mg (5-10 mL) cautiously increased to a max dose of 24 mg ( 60 mL) daily; 6-12 year 2 mg (5 mL); 2-6 year 1-2 mg (2.5 mL). All doses should be taken tid-qid. Elderly 2 mg (5 ml) tid-qid to be cautiously adjusted to 8 mg/dose (20 mL) if necessary.
