10 mg: Prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in adult undergoing elective hip or knee replacement surgery.

Directions for Use*

10 mg VTE prevention in major orthopedic surgery 10 mg once daily, initially with in 6-10 hour after surgery.

Administration*
