Directions for Use*
Pregabalin can taken with or without food. When discontinuing pregabalin, taper gradually over a minimum of one week independent of the indication, Recommended Dose Range: 150- to 600 mg per day given in either two or three divided doses. 30 to 60 mL 75mg/day 300mg/day maximum dose , qid or bid.
