Indication*
Anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressive, Acute exacerbations in multiple sclerosis.
Directions for Use*
Adult: Dosage is individualized and adjusted according to the condition being treated and patient's response. Usual range: Initially, 5-60 mg daily. May consider alternate day therapy (ADT) for long-term treatment. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration. Dosage recommendations may vary among countries and individual product (refer to specific product or local treatment guidelines). Adult: As conventional tab: Initially, 200 mg daily for 1 week, followed by 80 mg every other day for 1 month.
