5 mg/1.25: Treatment of essential hypertension, in adults, in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on perindopril alone. 10mg/2.5 mg: Substitution therapy for the treatment of essential hypertension, in patient already controlled with Perindopril and Indapamide given concurrently at the same dose level.
