Indication*
Benign gastric & duodenal ulcers including NSAID-induced gastric & duodenal ulcers or gastroduodenal erosions, GERD, acid-related dyspepsia or disorder associated with hypersecretion of gastric acid (eg, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome). In combination with antibiotics as triple therapy for eradication of H. pylori in PUD.

Directions for Use*
May be increased to 40mg daily un severe case. GERD 20mg once daily for 4 week, followed by further 4-8 week if not fully healed. Patient with reflux oesophagitis refractory to other therapy 40 mg daily for 8 week, can be continued at 20 mg once daily.
Administration*
Should be taken on an empty stomach.
