Indication*

For the treatment of the following infections caused by susceptible microorganisms: Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, Community-acquired pneumonia, Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections, Non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis, Acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Uncomplicated cystitis, Acute uncomplicated pyelonephritis, Complicated urinary tract infections, Prostatitis, Enteric infections including typhoid fever and shigellosis.

Directions for Use*

200 mg to 400 mg every 12 hour. The dose and duration of treatment are based on the type and severity of infection being treated.
