Used for the chronic treatment and management of asthma in children aged 2 to 5 years, including the prevention of both day and night time symptoms. This medication is also indicated for the prevention of breathing difficulties caused by exercise in patients 2 years of age and older. Furthermore, it provides effective relief for the symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.

Dosage for Kids 2–5 years old (Asthma & Chronic Allergic Rhinitis): 4 mg (one chewable tablet) once daily in the evening. Dosage for Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction (EIB) (2 years & older): 4 mg (one chewable tablet) taken at least 2 hours before exercise. The maximum daily dosage is 4 mg (one tablet). Do not take a second dose within 24 hours of a previous dose. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Treatment duration depends on the underlying condition.

May be taken with or without food: 5mg: If taken with food chew 1hr before meal or 2hr after meal
