Directions for Use*
Adult Initially, 250 mg bid-tid in the 1st 48 hour. Maintenance: 0.5-2g/day in 2-4 divided doses. Max: 3g/day. Elderly Initially 125 mg bid. Max: 2g/day. Children Initially, 10 mg/kg in 2-4 divided doses. Max: 650 mg/kg or 3 g daily.
