Directions for Use*

Adult Initially 250 mg bid or tid for 1st 48 hour adjusted thereafter. Max: 3 g daily. Children Initially 10mg/kg daily in 2-4 doses. Max: 65 mg/kg or 3 g daily, whichever is less.

Administration*

May be taken with or without food.
