Tab: Relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis eg, sneezing, nasal discharge (rhinorrhea) & itching, as well as ocular itching & burning, urticaria & other dermatologic disorders. Nasal & ocular signs & symptoms are relieved rapidly after oral administration. Syrup: Relief of symptoms associated with perennial & or seasonal allergic rhinitis & allergic skin disorders.

Tab Adult & children >6 year >30 kg 1 tab once daily. Syrup Adult & children >12 year 10 mL once daily. Children 2-12 year >30 kg 10 mL once daily, <30 kg 5 mL once daily, 1-2 year 2.5 mL once daily. Severe hepatic impairment Adult & children >30 kg initially 10 mg every other day. Children <30 kg Initially 5 mg every other day.

May be taken with or without food.
