Indication*
HTN as monotherapy or in combination with other antihypertensive agents. Diabetic nephropathy with increased serum creatinine & proteinuria (>300mg daily) in patients with type 2 DM & HTN.

Directions for Use*
HTN Initially 150mg once daily. Titrate dose to 300mg once daily if further reduction in BP is required. Nephropathy in Type 2 diabetic patients Initially 150mg once daily. Maintenance dose: 300mg once daily. Dosage in vol-& salt-depleted patients (eg, treated vigorously with diuretic or on hemodialysis) Initially 75mg once daily. Elderly (>75 year) Initially 75mg once daily.
Administration*
May be taken with or without food.
