Directions for Use*
SC Individualized dosage. Administer once daily at any time but at the same time each day. Tupe 2 DM Can also be given together with orally active antidiabetics. Switch from bid NPH insulin Reduce daily dose by 20-30% during the 1st week of treatment. Switch from insulin glargine 300 u/mL Reduce dose by approximately 20%.
