Indication*

Essential hypertension; Congestive heart failure; Proteinuria secondary to diabetic.

Directions for Use*

HTN Initially 5-10mg/day, may be increased up to 20mg/day. Elderly, patient with renal & hepatic impairment, severe HTN, renal HTN & at risk of 1st dose HTN 2.5 mg/day. Heart failure Initially 2.5 mg/day. Max dose: 10mg/day. Proteinuria/diabetic nephropathy Initially 2.5 mg/day. Max dose: 5mg/day.

Administration*

Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 15 min before meals. However, when initiating therapy, 1st dose should be given at bedtime.
