Mycozole cap Systemic candidiasis 400mg on day 1, followed by 200 mg daily for 28 days. Cryptococcal meningitis 400mg for acute & 200mg for relapsed on day 1, followed by 200mg daily for 10-12 week after CSF culture becomes-ve. Superficial mucosal candidiasis 50mg daily, if necessary, 100mg may be given. treatment usually continues for 7-14 days in oropharyngeal candidiasis (except in severely immunocompromised patients), 14 days in atrophic oral candidiasis associated with dentures & mucosal candidal infections including esophagitis for 14-30 days. Vag candidiasis 150mg as single dose. Dermatophytosis, pityriasis versicolor & Candida infections 50mg daily for up to 6 week. Immunocompromised patient at risk of fungal infections Prophylaxis in immunocompromised children 3-12 mg/kg daily. Infants 2-4 week Administer every 72 hour. Mycozole IV soIn for infusion 2mg/mL at a rate of 5-10 mL/min (300-600 mL/hr). Max: 100 mL/hr. Children >4 week Systemic infections 6-12 mg/kg daily. Prophylaxis in immunocompromised children 3-12 mg/kg daily. Infant <2 week All doses should be given once every 72 hour: 2 & 4 week doses should be given every 48 hour. Max of 400 mg daily in children or 12 mg/kg in infant.

May be taken with or without food.
