Cryptococcal meningitis; coccidioidomycosis; invasive candidiasis. Mucosal candidiasis including oroppharyngeal. oesophageal candidiasis, candiduria & chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis. chronic oral atrophic candidiasis (denture sore mouth) if dental hygiene or topical treatment are insufficient. Prophylaxis of relapsed cryptococcal meningitis in patients with high risk of occurrence; relapsed oropharyngeal or oesophageal candidiasis in HIV patients who are at high risk of occurrence; relapsed oropharyngeal or oesophageal candidiasis in HIV patients who are at high risk of experiencing relapse; candidal infections in patients with prolonged neutropenia (eg,haematological malignancies receiving chemotherapy or receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation). Newborn infants, infants, toddlers, children & adolescent 0-17 year: Treatment of mucosal/invasive candiadiasis, cryptococca meningitis & prophylaxis of candidal infections in immunocompromised patients; maintenance therapy to prevent relapse of cryptococcal meningitis in children with high risk of reoccurrence.
