Directions for Use*
Powder for oral liquid: To prepare one 230 mL serving, pour about 185 mL of warm or cold water in a glass. Gradually add 6 leveled scoops or 60.6 g of Ensure Gold Powder, while stirring and mix to dissolve. Recommended number of servings per day: 2, or as advised by the healthcare professional. This pack yields approximately 1.5 to 3.2 liters of prepared beverage. Liquid drink: Recommended number of servings per day, when used as supplement: 2.
