Adjunct to diet & exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 DM when treatment with both Empagliflozin & Linagliptin is appropriate.

Directions for Use*
Initially 10 mg/5 mg once daily, may be increased to 25 mg/5 mg once daily for patients requiring additional glycemic control.
