Indication*
Adjunct to diet and exercise as monotherapy when metformin is considered inappropriate due to intolerance, or in addition to other medicinal products for type 2 diabetes in adults and children ≥10 years with insufficiently controlled type 2 DM. Symptomatic chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in adults. CKD.

Directions for Use*
10mg once daily at any time of the day. patient with severe hepatic impairment initially 5mg, may be increase to 10mg if well tolerated.
Administration*
May be taken with or without food: Swallow whole.
