Indication*
For treatment-resistant schizophrenia, serious psychosis with tardive dyskinesia, negative symptom schizophrenia, schizo-affective disorder, severely manic bipolar 1 disorder and borderline personality disorder.

Directions for Use*
The initial recommended dose is one-half of a 25 mg tablet (12.5 mg) once or twice daily and then continue with daily dosage increments of 25-50 mg/day, if well-tolerated to achieve a target dose of 300-450 mg/day at the end of 2 weeks. Subsequent dosage increments may be made once or twice weekly in increments not exceeding 100 mg.
