Indication*

For the treatment of the following infections caused by susceptible microorganisms: Skin and Skin structure infections, Bone and joint infections, Genitourinary tract infections, including acute prostatitis, Respiratory tract infections including acute and chronic bronchitis and infected bronchiectasis, Ear, nose and throat infections including otitis media, mastoiditis, sinusitis, follicular tonsilitis, and pharyngitis, Dental Infections.

Directions for Use*

Tap the bottle several times to loosen the powder before reconstitution. Add 40 mL distilled water in two portions, replace the bottle cap and shake vigorously after each addition until all contents are evenly suspended. keep bottle tightly closed. Shake well before use. Store for not more than 7 days at 25C to 30C or not more than 14 days under refrigeration (2C to 8C) Protect from light.
