Indication*
It used for the management of hypertension, in heart failure, following myocardial infarction and in diabetic nephropathy.

Directions for Use*
Hypertension: Initial dose 12.5mg twice daily: maintenance dose-25 to 50mg two or three times daily. Heart failure: Initial dose-6.25 to 12.5mg: maintenance dose- 25mg two or three times daily. Diabetic Nephropathy (type 1 diabetics) 75mg to 100mg daily in divided doses.
