Directions for Use*

To be taken orally with a full glass of water. It is recommended to take calcium supplements with or after meals to enhance absorption. Calcium supplements should not be taken for long periods without medical advice. Missed Dose: If the patient missed a dose, just take the next dose and the subsequent doses at the usual recommended schedule. Do not double the dose unless recommended by the doctor.
