Indication*
Syr: Relief of bronchospasm associated with reversible obstructive airway diseases eg, bronchial asthma & COPD. Pulmoneb: Prevention & relief of bronchospasm associated with reversible obstructive airway disease eg, bronchial asthma; treatment of acute exacerbations of asthma.
Directions for Use*
Syr: Adult & Children >12 year 5-10 mL ( 1-2 tsp). Children 7-12 year mL ( 1 tsp), 2-6 year 2.5-5 mL (1/2 to 1 tsp). To be taken every 6 hour or 8 hours. Elderly & patient known to be unusually sensitive to B-adrenergic stimulant drugs Initially 2 mg every 6-8 hours. Pulmoneb Adult & children >12 year 5 mg. Children 4-12 year 2.5 mg. To be given every 6-8 hours via nebulizer.
Administration*
Should be taken with on an empty stomach: Take 1 hour before or 2 hour after meals.
