Indication*
Treatment of infections caused by susceptible organism on upper & lower respiratory tract including ear, nose & throat (eg, acute otitis media), GIT, skin & skin structure, bone (eg, osteomyelitis), gall bladder/biliary tract, H.pylori infections. Lyme disease; dental abscess. Prophylaxis for endocarditis; prevention of bacteremia, associated with procedures eg, dental extraction in patients at risk of developing bacterial endocarditis.

Directions for Use*
Usual Pediatric Oral Dose: Neonates and infants < 3 months : 20 to 30 mg/kg body weight/day in divided doses every 8 hours or every 12 hours, Or as prescribed by a physician.
Administration*
May be taken with or without food: May be taken with meals for better absorption & to reduce GI discomfort.
