Indication*

Prophylaxis & treatment of venous thrombosis, atrial fibrillation with embolization, pulmonary embolism, adjunct in prophylaxis of systemic embolism after MI & in treatment of coronary occlusion.

Directions for Use*

Individualized dosage & duration of treatment. Initially 2-5 mg daily. Maintenance: 2-10 mg daily.

Administration*
