Indication*
Treatment of type 2 DM as monotherapy; in dual combination with metformin, sulfonylurea or thiazolidinedione (TZD).

Directions for Use*
Monotherapy, combination therapy with metformin, TZD or insulin (with or without metformin) 50 or 100 mg daily. Dual combination with sulfonylurea 100 mg once daily. 50-mg dose Administer once daily in the morning. 100-mg dose Administer as 2 divided doses of 50 mg given in the morning & evening.
