Should not exceed >4 times in 24 hour. Forte syr Children>14 year(40 kg) 10 mL,13 -14 year (35-40 kg) 8-10 mL, 12-13 year (30-35 kg) 7-9 mL, 10-12 year (24-30 kg) 6-7 mL, 8-10 year (20-24 kg) 5-6 mL,5.5-8 year(16-20 mL) 4-5 mL. All doses are given every 4-6 hour. Should not exceed >4 times in 24 hour. Drop 18-24 mth (13-15 kg) 2 mL, 8-18 mth (10-13 kg) 1.5 mL, 6-8 mth (7-10 kg) 1 mL, 2-6 mth (5-7 kg) 0.75 mL, 0-2 mth( 3-5 kg) 0.5 mL. All doses are given every 4-6 hour. Should not exceed >4 times in 24 hour.
