Directions for Use*
Adult & Adolescent 1 effervescent tab. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded & is not recommended for children 12 year.
Administration*
May be taken with or without food: May be taken with meals for better absorption or if GI discomfort occurs. Dissolve effervescent tab in a glass of water (200 mL).
