The usual maintenance dosage ranges from 100 mg to 400 mg daily, administered in one or two doses. Dosage for Adults (Angina): Dosing ranges from 50 mg to 100 mg, taken two or three times per day. Maximum Daily Dosage: Do not exceed 400 mg in 24 hours.
