Indication*
Chronic management of hyperuricemia in adults with gout in conditions where urate deposition has already occurred (including a history or presence of tophus &/ or gouty arthritis).

Directions for Use*
Adult 20-40 mg once daily. Higher dose is recommended if serum uric acid <6mg/dL is not achieved after 2 week.
