Indication*
Primary hypercholesterolemia, homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia, homozygous sitosterolemia (phytosterolemia). Prevention of CV disease. Prevention of major CV events in chronic kidney disease.

Directions for Use*
Patient with primary hypercholesterolemia 10mg once daily, alone or in combination with statin or fenofibrate. Renal impairment/chronic kidney disease Monotherapy: No dosage adjustment necessary. Combination therapy with simvastatin in patient with mild renal impairment (GFR approximately >60mL/min/1.73 m2) No dosage adjustment necessary. Patient with chronic kidney disease (GFR approximately <60mL/min/1.73 m2) Ezetrol 10mg & simvastatin 20mg once daily in the evening.
