(Allergic Conditions) Adult: Usual dose: 10-20 mg once daily Child: >12 years Same as adult dose. (Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria) Adult: 10 mg once daily. Child:> 12 years Same as adult dose. (Hepatic Impairment) Severe: Max: 10 mg daily.
