Directions for Use*
Adult: Initial dose is 5 mg once daily, increased if necessary, to 10mg (2 tablets) once daily. Similar doses are given in the treatment of stable engine and Prinzmetal's angina. Lower initial doses may be used in elderly patients and those with hepatic impairment. Or as prescribed by a physician.
