Indication*
1st line treatment of HTN as a monotherapy to control BP. Reduces the risk of fatal CHD, non-fatal MI, stroke, coronary revascularization and hospitalization due to angina in CAD patients. 1st-line treatment of myocardial ischemia due to stable angina and or Prinzmetal's or variant angina of coronary vasculature. In combination or as monotherapy for angina ie, refractory to nitrates and or beta blockers.

Administration*
Maybe taken with or without food. Do not take with grapefruit or grapefruit juice.
