Tab Adult & Children >12 year 1 tab every 8 hour. Forte syrup Adult & Children >12 year 10 mL every 12 hour. Children 7-12 year 5 mL every 8-12 year, 3-6 year 2.5 mL every 8 hour, 1-2 year 2.5 mL every 12 hour. Duration for initial treatment of chronic conditions: Up to 14 days; then dosage may be reduced to 1/2. Syrup Adult & Children >12 year 10 mL every 8 hour. Children 7-12 year 5 mL every 8-12 hour, 3-6 year 2.5 mL every 8 hour, 1-2 year 2.5 mL every 12 hour.

Should be taken with food: Take after meals.
